INTERPRETATION The following definitions and rules of interpretation apply in these Terms and Conditions: Definitions: Agreement: The Agents Contract and these Terms and Conditions. Commission Fee:The fee specified on the home pages of the Agent's Account. Agents Contract: The Agents Contract is attached to these Terms and Conditions. Services: The agents' services we have agreed to provide to you in respect of the platform, as described in the Agents Contract. 1.0 Interpretation A) Any words following the terms including, in particular, for example, or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase, or term preceding those terms. B) Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions (but not defined in these Terms and Conditions) shall, unless specified otherwise, have the meanings set out in the Agents Contract. Terms & Conditions These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our platform services to you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing the Agreement. These Terms and Conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide our services to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think there is any mistake in these terms, please contact Customer Service for feedback. You will need to pay fines if you have any misconduct during the process. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to our Agreement to the exclusion of all others that the agents seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice, or course of dealing. Where there is more than one agent, you shall be jointly and severally responsible for your obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement, including your responsibilities. This means that we can enforce our rights against you for any breach of this Agreement without any further action against your misconduct. We always hope that our agents will pay attention and will cooperate with us. 2.0 AGENTS RESPONSIBILITY A) Early termination for the brands is NOT allowed, as it will disrupt the brand owner's data collection. B) Agents are not allowed to publish or post any fake information on any type of social media or other platforms. C) Every agent must complete 10 sets of promotions before they can quit.10 sets of promotions = 300 promotions. D) The minimum withdrawal requirement is to complete 1 current set of promotions and a minimum withdrawal of 100 SGD or more before being allowed to withdraw funds. E) The normal credit score for each agent is 100, but if an agent engages in improper behavior on the platform, their credit score will be deducted based on the severity and frequency of their actions. This will be displayed on their personal profile page. If an agent's credibility score drops to a certain level, the platform may take corresponding measures, such as restricting the agent's operating permissions, suspending, or terminating the agent's account. F) Agents are not allowed to create multiple accounts. G) Every agent must take responsibility for this and maintain confidentiality to protect the reputation of the brand owner and the benefit of the company. H) Agents will get 0-3 combined brands in 1 set of promotions, and all are randomized by the system. (Within 1 combined brand, agents will randomly get 1-3 brands that need to be completed at once.) I) Agents must complete a set for the brands within 48 hours to ensure effective data collection. The company reserves the right to add to or change the content of the Agreement
